FAQ

1) Digital Products Return & Refund Policy

Scope: Applies to all digital products (such as downloadable files, digital planners, editing checklists, mini-courses, etc.).

Policy:

Because these are digital products delivered instantly (or very quickly) and cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
If you purchase a digital product and do not receive your download link or file (or are unable to access it), please contact us at (. ) within [specify timeframe, e.g., 7 days] of your purchase, and we will resend the file or help you access it.
We strongly advise that you check your spam/junk folder for the email containing your download link before contacting us.
If you provide incorrect email or contact information at checkout and therefore do not receive your download, we may request that you correct your information; resending is at our discretion.
By purchasing our digital product, you agree to this no-refund policy.

Important Notes:

This policy is necessary because once the digital item has been delivered and/or downloaded, it cannot be returned in the conventional sense.
If you anticipate offering any exchange or partial refund (for example, if there is a file error), you can mention that as an exception, but make it clear that it’s at your discretion.

2) Print-on-Demand Products Return & Refund Policy (based on Printful)

Scope: Applies to products fulfilled by Printful (or print-on-demand items you offer via Shopify with Printful integration).

Policy:

Because our products are made on demand / custom-printed for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as: incorrect size/fit selected by the customer, change of mind, ordering the wrong color/variant, or simply not wanting the item anymore.
If a product arrives and is damaged, defective, or incorrect (for example: misprint, missing graphic, wrong item shipped), please contact us at [your support email] within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number. We will facilitate a replacement (free re-print) or refund as appropriate.
For orders lost in transit (tracking shows no movement) or shipping issues (returned to sender due to address errors), we will review the case and work with Printful to reship when feasible.
For “buyer’s remorse” situations (wrong size, changed mind, etc.), since our items are custom-made, we do not cover refunds or free replacements — you may choose whether to offer store credit or a discounted replacement at your own cost.
Please ensure you review the size charts and product specifics (fit, material, print area) before placing your order — we are unable to accept returns because of a sizing mistake by the customer.
If you contact us about a quality/fulfillment error, we may ask for proof of the issue (photos, description) and we will coordinate with Printful to determine if a free replacement or refund is appropriate. No need to ship the item back in most cases.

Scope: Applies to all digital downloads such as planners, templates, checklists, or any other digital items sold on this site.

Policy:
• All of our digital products are delivered electronically — no physical items will be shipped.
• Once your payment is confirmed, your files will be available for instant download via the checkout page and/or sent to the email address you used at checkout.
• If you do not receive your download link within 10–15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder first.
• If you still can’t find it, contact us at [your support email] with your order number, and we’ll resend your digital files as soon as possible.
• Because these are digital goods, there are no shipping fees and no physical delivery times.
• Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout to ensure smooth delivery.

👕 Printful (Print-on-Demand) Shipping Policy

Scope: Applies to all physical items (like shirts, hoodies, mugs, or accessories) fulfilled through Printful.

Policy:
• All physical products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. This means your order is custom-printed specifically for you once it’s placed.
• Processing Time: Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be printed and prepared for shipment.
• Shipping Time:
• USA: 3–7 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–20 business days (depending on destination and customs)
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the product type.
• Delays: Occasionally, shipping may take longer due to high demand, weather issues, or carrier delays — we appreciate your patience if that occurs.
• Wrong Address Disclaimer: Please double-check your address at checkout. If an address is entered incorrectly and the item is returned to the sender, reshipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.
• Lost Packages: If your tracking shows no movement after 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), contact us at [your support email], and we’ll open a case with Printful to investigate or replace your order when eligible.
• Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
